[{"type":"text","content":"Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - GoldON Resources Ltd. (“GoldON” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: GLD) is pleased to announce that it has been issued exploration permit PR-15-10779 for the recently acquired Paterson Lake lithium prospect located in the Separation Rapids Pegmatite Group of Northwestern Ontario’s Kenora Mining Division (Figure 1). The exploration permit was issued by the Development and Lands Branch of Ontario’s Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and is subject to the requirements of the Mining Act of Ontario and all applicable Provincial Standards for early exploration. The permit is effective for a period of three years with options to renew and includes line cutting, mechanized stripping and diamond drilling. As previously reported, the GoldON Property lies immediately north of Pacific Iron Ore's Separation property, which hosts the Big Mack pegmatite, as well as Avalon Advanced Materials' Separation Rapids property, which hosts the Big Whopper deposit. GoldON’s property is host to three significant pegmatites (Glitter, Wolf and Rattler) along with a number of other smaller, underexplored lithium-niobium-tantalum-rubidium-tin-bearing pegmatite occurrences within the same structural zone that contains the Big Whopper and Big Mack pegmatites. In keeping with recommendations made in the National Instrument 43-101 technical report just completed on the Property and available on SEDAR, GoldON’s initial exploration plans will include: Thorough prospecting of the entire GoldON Property. Stripping and extensive sampling of the known pegmatites. Geochemical analysis of the pegmatites to determine the genesis and relationships of the pegmatites. Cross-referencing of new geochemical data with the extensive database the Ontario government has available to help vector into non-outcropping pegmatites. A diamond drilling program focused on the Glitter Pegmatite, which is the most significant lithium-rich target identified to date on the Property. The diamond drilling and associated sampling will help understand the relationships of the identified pegmatites within the immediate area. The diamond drilling to depth will also assess the structural complexity and potential zonation of the Glitter pegmatite.
