(CSE: FUTR) (FSE: G6M) (OTC Pink: GFTRF) (the \"Company\" or \"Gold'n Futures\") is pleased to announce that it has agreed to settle an aggregate of $100,000 in outstanding fees owing to an arm's length service provider of the Company by way of issuance of an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share (the \"Debt Settlement\").The Company also announces that it has granted 4,000,000 restricted share units (\"RSUs\") to a consultant as compensation for services the consultant provides to the Company under a consulting agreement. The RSUs are granted pursuant to the Company's RSU Plan approved by the shareholders of the Company on July 29, 2021, and are subject to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.All securities issued in connection with the Debt Settlement and RSU grant will be subject to a statutory hold period which will expire on the date that is four months and one day from the date of issuance.About Gold'n Futures Mineral Corp.Gold'n Futures Mineral Corp.
