(the \"\n \n Company\n \n \" or \"\n \n GoldMining\n \n \") (TSX: GOLD) (NYSE American: GLDG) is pleased to provide an update on exploration activities ongoing at the Company's 100% owned São Jorge gold project (\"\n \n São Jorge\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Project\n \n \"), located in Pará State,\n \n Brazil\n \n .\n \n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n \n São Jorge is located at the center of the Tapajos Gold District (the \"\n \n Tapajos\n \n \"), which hosts multiple gold projects including producing mines, development projects and exploration properties over approximately 200 km along the Tocantinzinho - São\n \n Jorge Trend\n \n (see Figure 1).\n \n \n The Project is located on the Cuiabá-Santarém Highway BR-163 (\"\n \n Hwy BR-163\n \n \") and adjacent to the existing power grid, thereby providing efficient and cost effective access to infrastructure for exploration programs and potential future mine development.\n \n \n The Project comprises seven (7) concessions covering approximately 46,000 hectares, which contain considerable mineral exploration potential:\n \n \n Existing mineralization at the São Jorge deposit* occurs along a shear zone that has been drill tested over a strike length of approximately 1.4 km.
