This appointment expands the Board to eleven members. Kevin is a graduate of California State University, Chico receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has served the Redding community through involvement with the Redding Rodeo Association, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and North Cow Creek School as a board member and labor negotiator. Kevin currently serves as a board member of the Palo Cedro Sewer & Water District. Kevin formed Butler Engineering Group, Inc. in 1998 providing civil engineering, structural design, and land surveying services in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. He has over 30 years of experience with extensive knowledge and understanding in the engineering and construction industry with excellent and long-standing working relationships in the local community.
