The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.26, have a term of five years, and will vest over a period of 36 months. The Options were granted pursuant to the Company's incentive stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval. The Company announces that it has engaged Thesis Marketing Inc. of Langley, British Columbia, Canada, to provide marketing services through social media channels and digital ads for a term of six months to commence on May 1, 2023, in consideration of a payment of CA$40,000 plus applicable taxes.
