(“Golden Ridge” or “the Company”) (TSXV:GLDN)\n \n is\npleased to announce initial results from the maiden drill program at\nthe Williams Gold Property (“Williams” or “the Property”),\nthat is surrounded by New Found Gold Corp (NFGC)’s Queensway South\nGold Property in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt of the province of\nNewfoundland and Labrador (Figure 1).\n \n 1\n \n The maiden drill program\nconsisted of 29 holes for a total of 4,186 meters.  Initial assays\nfrom the Property indicate numerous near-surface zones of gold\nmineralization throughout the Property (Figure 2).\n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n Intercepted visible gold (VG) in hole WIL-22-014 (Photos 1 & 2)\n \n \n \n \n WIL-22-14: 0.5 meters of 50.45 g/t Au from 11 to 11.5 meters (Table\n1)\n \n \n \n \n WIL-22-12: 37.8 meters of 0.7 g/t Au from 6.24 to 44.07 meters (Table\n1)\n \n \n \n \n The Appleton Fault Corridor within the Property shows broad intervals\nof alteration and sulphide mineralization\n \n \n \n \n Inaugural drilling at Williams has consistently intersected\nnear-surface gold mineralization in multiple zones over 1.5 kilometers\napart in the first fourteen holes that have received assays\n \n \n \n \n Drilling at Williams was focused along the main forest service road\naccessing the southeastern portion of the project. Holes were staged\nfrom this access road and provided important geological and analytical\ninformation, which was used to form the basis of Golden Ridge’s\ngeologic model which will continue to progress as additional assays\nare reported.\n \n \n The drilling program at the Williams Gold Property follows up\nextensive prospecting, high density soil sampling, and trenching by\nGolden Ridge.  The initial drill results show multiple mineralized\nfault zones associated with the previously reported large gold-in-soil\nanomalies.  The 2022 drill ...
