(“Golden Ridge” or “the Company”) (TSXV:GLDN)\n \n is pleased to report that it has discovered high-grade (281g/t)\nAu float at the Williams Gold Property (“Williams” or “The\nProperty”), that is surrounded by New Found Gold Corp (NFGC)’s\nQueensway South Gold Property in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt of\nthe province of Newfoundland and Labrador (Figure 1).\n \n 1\n \n The sample was taken during\nprospecting of the underexplored western portion of the property.\n \n \n \n High Grade 281g/t Au Discovered in\nthe Dominion Zone\n \n \n \n Prospecting during 2021 discovered high-grade Au float in the Dominion\nZone, in the southwest of the property (Figure 2).  The assay of\n281g/t (9 oz/t) Au is one of the highest reported for an individual\ngrab sample in the Queensway South area.  Exploration in 2021\ncontinues to highlight the potential for high-grade gold zones within\nthe Williams Property.  Golden Ridge will continue to explore the\nunderexplored Dominion Zone when assays become available.\n \n \n \n Awaiting Assays from the 2021 Field\nExploration Program\n \n \n \n During the 2021 field exploration season Golden Ridge took 200 grab\nrock samples and 255 channel samples from outcrop and trenches, as\nwell as 1,316 soil samples.  Due to the current high level of\nexploration activity in Newfoundland, and consequent demand for\nanalytical services, the Company is still awaiting the full suite of\nassays, which should be received in time to plan the next phase of\nexploration in early 2022.\n \n \n The 2021 field exploration covered the majority of the underexplored\nWilliams Gold Property.  Golden Ridge identified numerous\nhydrothermal zones spanning across the property, primarily\nconcentrated within the Dog Bay and Appleton Fault Corridors (Figure\n3,4).
