Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement\n Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - 88 Capital Corp. (TSX.V: EEC) (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the “Placement”) of up to 6,250,000 Units priced at $0.08 per Unit for total gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant (“Warrant”), each Warrant being exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 for a period of 36 months following the closing date of the Placement.
