Douglas Hunter as\nVice President, Exploration. Mr. Hunter is a registered Geologist in Ontario\n(APGO). He graduated from Carleton University with an Honours B.Sc. (1975) &\nM.Sc. (1980) and has been in mining exploration since the 1974. His career\nbegan with Teck Cominco and Algoma Steel. As a co-founder of Wallbridge Mining\nhe was part if the management team administering the company's joint ventures\nwith Falconbridge (Xstrata) and Lonmin Plc.in Sudbury, Ontario and also\ndirected the company's other exploration projects both in Canada and the USA.\nHe has held multiple directorships and worked extensively with junior\nexploration companies.\n\n\nJean-Marc Lacoste, president, said, "We are proud to have Doug Hunter\njoin Golden Goose to lead the technical team, as new, potentially economic\nmineralizations are discovered at the Magino Gold and Lac Levac Nickel\nprojects. The company will benefit from the experience, technical expertise,\nand discipline that Doug brings to our team".\n\n\nThe Company also announces that the Board of Directors has granted A.\nDouglas Hunter stock options to purchase an aggregate of 150,000 common shares\nof the Company at an exercise price of $1.00 per common share, subject to\nvesting provisions. The options will expire on August 6, 2012.
