(TSX-V: GGR, "Golden Goose") report that the shareholders of Golden Goose have overwhelmingly\n approved the proposed plan of arrangement with Kodiak.  Shareholders of\n Golden Goose demonstrated strong support for the arrangement with\n 99.85% of vote cast voting in favor of the arrangement.  Furthermore,\n Golden Goose is pleased to announce that it has satisfied a condition\n of the previously announced Arrangement Agreement with Kodiak dated\n August 30, 2010 that the registration of Golden Goose's common shares\n under Section 12(g) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 be\n terminated. The closing of the arrangement is expected shortly after\n the final order is rendered by the court.\n\n\nBrian Maher, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and President of Kodiak\n said, "We thank the shareholders of Golden Goose Resources for their\n strong support of this arrangement and for their confidence in our\n plans to generate shareholder value.
