(the \"Company\") has entered into an agreement with RSW Inc. to\nevaluate and confirm the mineral potential of Lac Levac, a nickel-copper-PGM\nmining property located in James Bay, 40 km north-east of Nemiscau, Quebec.\nThe discovery of several magnetic highs this summer in an airborne geophysical\nstudy led to the launch of this program. Previous drilling in the area by INCO\nin the 1960's intersected significant nickel-copper-PGM mineralization\nassociated with ultramafic intrusive rocks, including 16.2m of 0.8%Ni, 0.5% Cu\nand 2g/t PGM.\n\n\nIn addition, the Company is pursuing its 14,000 m drilling program at its\nMagino property located near Wawa, Ontario. Release of results are expected\nstarting in February 2007.\n\n\nAs recently announced, Mr. Kevin Sherkin joined the Board of Directors of\nthe Company. Mr. Sherkin is a founding partner and the managing partner of\nLevine, Sherkin, Boussidan Professional Corporation. He currently sits on the\nBoard of Directors of Rubicon Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: RMX). As well,\nMr. Richard Kwong, CMA has joined as CFO. He worked for Price Waterhouse\n(Hong Kong) and served as Controller for MKEI Enterprise in Canada for more\nthan 10 years.
