(the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that the Board of\nDirectors of the Company has appointed Mr. Kevin Sherkin as Director,\nfollowing Mr. John R. Macklem's resignation.\n\n\nMr. John R. Macklem has resigned as Director, Chief Financial Officer and\nVice-President Finance of the Company for personal reasons. He will remain\ninvolved with the Company as a consultant for the year 2007 to ensure a smooth\ntransition.\n\n\nThe Board of Directors of the Company is also pleased to announce the\nappointment of Mr. Richard Kwong as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President\nFinance and of Mr. Jean-Marc Lacoste as Chairman of the Board of Directors.\n\n\nMr Lacoste, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated\nthat \"the Company is pleased to welcome Mr Sherkin and Mr. Kwong and to be\nable to count on their contribution and expertise. The Company is saddened by\nMr. Macklem's departure and wishes to thank him for his involvement of nearly\ntwenty years with the Company.\"\n\n\nThe Board of Directors of the Company also announces that it has granted\nstock options to purchase an aggregate of 200,000 common shares of the Company\nat an exercise price of $0.48 per share to Mr. Sherkin and to Mr. Kwong. The\ngranted options will expire on December 31, 2011. The grant of such stock\noptions is made in accordance with the stock option plan of the Company.
