(TSX-V: GGR)\n(the "Company") is pleased to report its unaudited interim financial\nstatements for the three-month period ended March 31, 2008 with comparative\nfigures for the same period in 2007. For the quarter ended March 31, 2008, the\nCompany reported net income of $901,365 ($0.02 per share) compared with a net\nloss of $209,745 (loss of $0.00 per share) for the same quarter of 2007. The\nnet income realized during the quarter is mainly attributable to income tax\nrecovery of 1,285,387 as a result of renunciation by the Company to tax\ndeductions totalling $4,532,083, which was raised through the issuance of\nflow-through shares in 2006 and 2007, in favour of the investors.\n\n\nThe loss before income tax amounted to $384,022 compared with $209,745 in\nthe first quarter of last year.
