(the “Company”) (CSE:GCC) (OTC:GCCFF) (WKN:A402CQ) (FSE:3TZ) announces the Company’s intent to amend 1,666,668 warrants issued pursuant to a private placement.  The warrants will be repriced from $0.30 to $0.11 and extended from March 29, 2026 to March 29, 2027. The Company is in the process of obtaining warrant holder consent.  Repricing of the warrants requires the approval of all warrant holders.  Subject to obtaining such approval, the warrant expiry date would be modified to the earlier of: March 29, 2027: or  If, following the amendment, for any 10 consecutive trading days the closing price of the listed shares exceeds the amended exercise price by the applicable private placement discount, which is C$0.1467, the term of the warrants must also be amended to 30 days.
