In connection therewith, the Company has prepared a\nlisting statement (the “\n \n \n Listing Statement\n \n \n ”) dated\nNovember\n \n \n 30, 2023, available on SEDAR under the\nCompany’s issuer profile on www.sedarplus.ca.\n \n \n \n \n Additionally, the Company has applied to voluntarily\ndelist the Common Shares (the \"\n \n \n Delisting\n \n \n \") from\nthe TSX Venture Exchange (the \"\n \n \n TSXV\n \n \n \"), prior to\ncompletion of the Listing. The Common Shares are expected to be\ndelisted from the TSXV at the close of market on or about December\n4,\n \n \n 2023\n \n \n (the\n“\n \n \n TSXV Delisting\nDate\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n \n \n Upon completion of the Delisting on the TSXV, the\nCompany will list 43,534,013 Common Shares on the CSE.
