(\"Golden\n Band\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: GBN; OTCQX: GBRIF) today reported\n results for the second quarter 2014.\n\n\nThe Company incurred a net loss before income tax of $7,653,658 in Q2\n 2014 compared to a loss before income tax of $5,576,091 in Q2 2013.  \n The increase in the net loss from Q2 2013 to Q2 2014 is mainly due to\n less ounces of gold sold.\n\n\nA summary of financial results is presented below.
