This resource estimate forms the basis for the updated Preliminary Economic Assessment that is now underway.\n\n \n \nA copy of the Technical Report will also be made available on the Company's website, www.goldenarrowresources.com.\n\n \n \nThe Company wishes to note that in that press release dated August 29th, 2014, there was a typographical error in the equivalent grade formula in Note 1 of Table 1. The AgEq formula used in the resource estimate is (Pb x 31.172) + (Zn x 31.172) + (Ag x 1), not (Pb x 39.187) + (Zn x 39.187) + (Ag x 1).\n\n \n \nQualified Persons\n\n\n \nThe resource estimate and associated technical report were prepared by independent consultants to the Company, Kyle Howie, B.Sc., MAIG and Bruce Davis, Ph.D. FAusIMM of BD Resource Consulting Inc., and consultant Bruce Smith, M.Sc., MAusIMM CP(Geo) (Qualified Persons as defined in National Instrument 43-\n\n\n \n101).
