(\"\n \n MHI\n \n \" or \"\n \n Company\n \n \"), listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (\"\n \n TSXV\n \n \") under the trading Symbol \"MHI\", and on the Deutsche Boerse,\n \n Frankfurt\n \n under the trading Symbol \"MLN\" wishes to announce that subsequent to its news release dated\n \n December 15, 2020\n \n and\n \n February 9, 2021\n \n , it has received \"Conditional Acceptance\" from the TSXV for the proposed transaction entered into a definitive Earn-In Option Agreement (\"\n \n EIO Agreement\n \n \") with Cardinal Geoconsulting Ltd. (\"\n \n Owner\n \n \") to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Dot-Apex Claim Group (\"\n \n Apex Claims\n \n \") and the Master-ACE Claim Group (\"\n \n ACE Claims\n \n \"), located in south-western\n \n British Columbia\n \n .  The Apex Claims consist of contiguous claim cells totalling 2,406.13 hectares and the ACE Claims totalling 695.09 hectares.\n \n \n As follow-up to previous field surveys, Mr.\n \n Daniel G. Cardinal\n \n , P. Geo, a professional geoscientist and Fellow of The Geological Association Of Canada, carried out substantial field work including reconnaissance mapping and sampling surveys and documented the work and findings in a BC Geological Survey Assessment Report, dated\n \n December 13, 2013\n \n .
