No stock\noptions would be granted to them for this engagement.\n\n\nPrudentis is a Swiss wealth management firm that has been providing\nfinancial and investor relations services since 2003. Prudentis' CEO,\nMr. Marcus Bender has more than 20 years of experience in the financial\nindustry.
