(the "Company")\nwishes to advise that it held its Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2009 (the\n"AGM") at which time, Messrs. Dieter Peter, Grant Hendrickson, Andrew H. von\nKursell, Hugh Maddin, Rafael Pinedo and Hans Schwabl were elected to the\nCompany's board of directors. Due to his business commitments, Mr. Jim Stypula\ndid not stand for election at the AGM. The Company wished to record its\nappreciation to Mr. Stypula for his invaluable contributions to the Company\nduring his term as a director.\n\n\nThe Company's shareholders passed the resolution approving and ratifying\nthe number of shares reserved for issuance under the Company's stock option\nplan to be 2,887,011 shares.
