(the \"Company\" or \"Mineral Hill\")\n \n announces with deep sadness the passing of two directors in a very short time, Mr.\n \n Andrew von Kursell\n \n , a director and the CFO of the Company, on\n \n January 17, 2023\n \n and Mr. Filgas last month.
