Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (the "Company")(CNSX:HHS) is pleased to announce that Mr. Jayram Hosanee FCCA, CGA, CFE, CIA has been appointed as the Company's chief financial officer and treasurer and Ms. Josephine See, FCIS, has been appointed as Vice-President, Corporate Affairs and Secretary.

Mr. Jayram Hosanee is also the CFO of Mineral Hill Industries Ltd (TSXV:MHI) and the CFO and a director of Golden Dawn Minerals Inc (TSXV:GOM) , both TSX V listed companies. He brings to the Company experience gained from a range of industries including public practice, mining, financial services and manufacturing in both listed and private entities and within an international environment including Africa and Europe. Mr. Hosanee has strong knowledge in international financial reporting standards (IFRS), Sarbanes-Oxley and financial strategies.

Ms. See is also the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Treasurer & Corporate Secretary of Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. and Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (CNQ:NVG) and is a seasoned corporate secretary of public companies in the shipping, manufacturing and mining industries. She was also a director of several private companies and non-profit societies.
