(TSX.V: GRZ) (BSX: GRZ.BH) (OTCQX: GDRZF) (“Gold Reserve” or the “Company”) announces that yesterday the Company filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.\n \n\n The petition seeks an order requiring the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware to stay further consideration of the merits of the Citgo Sale Process until final resolution of Gold Reserve’s motion to disqualify the District Judge, the Special Master, and the Special Master’s Advisors. A copy of the petition will be posted\n \n here\n \n .\n \n\n In other developments, pursuant to the schedule set by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in the Citgo Sale Process, the Company and other parties filed their Post-Trial Reply Briefs.
