The Company has named Vijay Kotte as Chief Executive Officer and Jason Schulz as Chief Financial Officer, both effective June 6, 2022. Upon assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kotte will also join the Company's Board of Directors.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nAt that time, Co-Founder and current Chief Executive Officer, Clint Jones, will take on a new role as Executive Chairman of the Board to continue his work expanding GoHealth's strong carrier partnerships. Mr. Jones will remain in this role until January 1, 2023, when he will transition to Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.
