Payment will be made on or about January 15, 2026 to unitholders (\"Unitholders\") of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025.\nAll or a portion of distributions paid to Non-U.S. Holders (as defined in the Prospectus (as defined below)), including Canadian Unitholders, generally will be subject to U.S. withholding tax.
