(TSX.V: "GMV") ("the\nCompany" or "Goldmember") is a drill-ready mineral exploration company focused\nprimarily on epithermal style gold and silver projects in central British\nColumbia. The Company is well financed having recently completed its\nqualifying transaction and concurrent financing of C$2,545,000.\n\n\nGoldmember has amassed a sizeable land position upon which it has\ncompleted an extensive amount of work to date. Recent exploration programs\nconducted on the 100% owned Nechako and Alexis Properties have successfully;\n\n\n1. identified several corresponding conductivity and related resistivity\n geophysical anomalies located at depth which display the\n characteristics of an epithermal style mineralized body;\n\n2. confirmed a positive correlation with MMI geochemical sampling and 3D\n Induced Polarization results within a favourable geological setting;\n and\n\n3. identified numerous priority targets within the claim boundaries that\n coincide with regional geophysical trends with coincidental\n geochemical anomalies suitable to host further epithermal gold-silver\n and porphyry copper-gold style mineralization.\n\n\nThe Company is extremely optimistic about its future prospects and its\nprogress to date. Commencing immediately, Goldmember intends to aggressively\nexplore both properties by diamond drill testing numerous IP anomalies on all\nthe grids with 2,000-3,000 metres planned for the Nechako property and\n1,000-2,000 metres for the Alexis property.\n\n\nThe existing grid areas will be expanded to close off the IP anomalies\nand new geophysical grids will be established to cover additional priority\nareas of anomalous geochemistry with coincident magnetic features. The vast\nmajority of the property is road accessible year round with excellent access\nto power, water and nearby towns for related supplies and services.\n\n\nNechako Property-Overview\n-------------------------\n\n- The Nechako property is located in north-central BC, west of Prince\n George.
