Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement bear the same meanings as in the announcement made on 8 April 2019.\nPlacing\nA total of 38,201,512 new ordinary shares in the Company (the \"Placing Shares\") have been placed by J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Jefferies at a price of €9.10 per Placing Share, raising total gross proceeds of €347.6 million for the Company.
