Upon the publication of this announcement, this information is considered to be in the public domain.\n \nGlobalworth Real Estate Investments Limited\n(\"Globalworth\" or the \"Company\")\nResults of Placing\nFurther to the announcement on 27 November 2017, the Board of Globalworth (AIM: GWI) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the non-pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares (the \"Placing\").  \nA total of 38,857,143 new ordinary shares in the Company (the \"Placing Shares\") have been placed by Jefferies International Limited (\"Jefferies\") at a price of €8.75 per Placing Share (the \"Placing Price\"), raising total gross proceeds of €340 million, in excess of the Company's target and oversubscribed at this level. \nThe net proceeds of the Placing will be used to fund a significant pipeline of attractive investment opportunities in both Poland (through Griffin Premium R.E.. N.V.
