The Company has therefore now issued and allotted 30,000 new Ordinary Shares and application has been made for 30,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 9 January 2018.\nFollowing the above share issue, the Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 132,282,769 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company, and a further 35,713 ordinary shares held in treasury.
