The appointments, which will take immediate effect, are Akbar Abdul Aziz Rafiq, aged 38, who is York's appointed director, and Alexis Atteslis, aged 34, who is Oak Hill's appointed director.\nAdditionally, the Company announces the appointment of Andreea Petreanu, aged 37, as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.\nThe following are brief summaries of each of the new non-executive directors.\nAkbar Rafiq, Managing Director, Co-Head Europe Credit, York Capital Management\nAkbar joined York Capital Management in June 2011 and is a Co-Head of European Credit, based in London, and Co-Portfolio Manager of the York European Distressed Credit funds. From 2007 to 2011, Akbar worked as a Vice President and Senior Distressed Debt Analyst at Deutsche Bank AG, London. Previously, Akbar held various positions in the investment banking division at Bear, Stearns and Co. Inc. From 2000 to 2003, Akbar worked as an Associate for a private equity firm, Alta Communications. Akbar received a B.A in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A from the London Business School.\nAlexis Atteslis, Principal, Oak Hill \nAlexis serves as a Principal at Oak Hill with senior responsibility for European investments. Alexis has more than 10 years of experience in the finance industry, having previously worked at Deutsche Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
