(Nasdaq: GSAT) (\"Globalstar\" or the \"Company\") today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.\n\n\nGlobalstar reported full year revenue of $273.0 million, representing a 9% increase from 2024, and lower net loss, delivering an Adjusted EBITDA* margin of 50%, reflecting disciplined execution and continued progress across its business. Both total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA margin were in line with guidance.\n\n\n“2025 was a transformational year for Globalstar,” said Dr. Paul E.
