[{"type":"text","content":"\n Datacash Group PLC\n31 May 2006\n\n\n31 May 2006\n\n\nDataCash Group plc (\"DataCash\" or the \"Company\")\n\n\nResult of AGM and EGM\n\n\nAGM\n\n\nDataCash today held its AGM at which all resolutions were passed unanimously.\n\n\nEGM\n\n\nOn 6 May 2006, DataCash announced the proposed acquisition of the entire issued\nshare capital of Proc Cyber Services (UK) Limited (\"Proc Cyber\") through the\nissue of 44,913,111 Ordinary Shares valuing Proc Cyber at £61.3 million based on\nDataCash's closing share price on 5 May 2006 of 136.5 pence per Ordinary Share.\n\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that all Resolutions proposed to Shareholders\nwere passed at the EGM which took place earlier today.
