Notice of EGM

Corporate Executive Search Intl PLC 17 March 2000 Corporate Executive Search International plc ('the Company') An Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company is to be held on 22 March 2000, at which, inter alia, approval is being sought for the acquisition of DataCash Limited and the change of the Company's name to Auxinet plc ('the Proposals'). By agreement with the London Stock Exchange, in line with their current practice, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will not be suspended on the day of the EGM, as was indicated in the prospectus issued by the Company in connection with the Proposals.
