[{"type":"text","content":"\n Datacash Group PLC\n07 September 2007\n\n\nDataCash Group plc (\"DataCash\" or the \"Company\")\n\n\nFurther re Proposed Acquisition of NetGiro Systems AB (\"NetGiro\")\n\n\nOn 16 April 2007 the Company announced it was pursuing legal action against\nNetGiro International AB (\"NetGiro International\") for breaches of the Sale and\nPurchase Agreement entered into between DataCash and NetGiro International on 8\nFebruary 2007 relating to the acquisition of NetGiro by DataCash.
