(\"DataCash\" or the \"Company\")\n Director shareholding\n \n20th October, 2010\n \nAshley Head, chairman of the Company, has today notified the Company that yesterday, pursuant to the terms of a call option granted by Mr Head to Hurlstone Limited in 2006, Mr Head sold 27,708,338 shares (representing 29.9% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company) to Hurlstone Limited at a price of £1.27 per share.
