(\"DataCash\" or the \"Company\")\n Director shareholding\n \n20th October, 2010\n \nAshley Head, chairman of the Company, has today notified the Company that yesterday, pursuant to the terms of a call option granted by Mr Head to Hurlstone Limited in 2006, Mr Head sold 27,708,338 shares (representing 29.9% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company) to Hurlstone Limited at a price of £1.27 per share. An Opening Position Disclosure by a person to whom Rule 8.3(a) applies must be made by no later than 3.30 pm (London time) on the 10th business day following the commencement of the offer period and, if appropriate, by no later than 3.30 pm (London time) on the 10th business day following the announcement in which any paper offeror is first identified.
