Mr. Duling has additional publicly-held experience as CFO for Trimble Mobile Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trimble Navigation (Nasdaq: TRMB), and most recently served as CFO and vice chairman of the board of directors for a privately held software firm specializing in loan origination software.
