The project, named \"Pacific Spirit\", calls for the construction of a four story \"West Coast Modern Designed\" residential condominium building consisting of 98 residential units above 121 stalls of underground parking. The project will have a total of 85,230 sq. ft. of built-up area and will be carried out using the Artisan Quik-Build System, a combination of Minaean's structural wall panels (pre-engineered and panelized in the factory) and Canam's \"Hambro\" flooring system. \n\nThe Adera Group of Companies has been one of British Columbia's most trusted home builders for 35 years. Its team consists of architects, designers, construction crews, sales representatives and customer service specialists. Adera has had tremendous success in 21 previous projects selling out every single unit and is currently involved in 6 more ventures in various stages. \n\nThe estimated start time for this project is September of 2008.
