(\"MPS\"), has secured an engineering contract to create structural designs for a proposed six-storey condominium housing complex in Portland, Oregon. MPS has successfully executed five projects in the state of Oregon providing design and engineering, followed by the supply and installation of structural wall panels and flooring system. The engineering contract is the first step towards a potential US$ 1.60 million contract for the production, supply and installation of structural walls and floors for the multi-storey project. Minaean's proprietary Artisan Quik Build(tm) construction system manufactures light-gauge-steel structural wall panels which, combined with the Hambro(r) steel joist floor decking system, can erect a steel superstructure for a 4 to 8 storey building within weeks.
