(MIB - TSX Venture, NJA - FWB, NJA - BSE), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Minaean Habitat (India) Pvt. Ltd. (MHI), has received an order from Shell India Marketing Pvt. Ltd. for the supply and installation of 5 more gas station retail buildings. This order has been awarded as an extension of the ongoing contract pursuant to which MHI had previously completed and supplied 5 such retail buildings. The modular retail outlets for the gas stations will be prefabricated and assembled in MHI's Mumbai facility, after which they will be transported and installed at various sites within the Indian states of Karnataka and Maharashtra. MHI will generate revenue of $520,000 CAD from this order.Shell remains a valuable customer of MHI with the Company having received its first order from Shell back in 2006. Since then, MHI has supplied a total of 60 such modular retail outlets to Shell which serve as convenience stores at the gas stations. MHI was the recipient of the 'Shell Safety Award' in late 2007 demonstrating the Company's total quality and safety commitment to its customers. In April 2008, it received another award from Shell for 500,000 injury free work hours. MHI remains a primary supplier for such modular retail outlets in the Indian market. The above order from Shell comes at a time when MHI is in negotiations with other Indian government supported oil companies for the supply and installation of similar buildings in the wake of a public announcement made in the Indian parliament for the construction of 2,600 gas stations throughout the country this year.
