Factory-Built Homes in Africa\n\n\n\nLAS VEGAS, NV, September 30, 2013 ?\nGlobal Links Corp. (OTC: GLCO) today\nannounced that the Government of the Sierra Leone has signed an agreement to\nhost the manufacturing and distribution of the Company?s ?Butterfly House?\nfactory-built homes. \n\nThe agreement marks the\nofficial launch of Global Link?s initiative to provide affordable, quality\nhousing to underdeveloped countries worldwide. The Company will construct a\n?state-of-the-art? factory in Sierra Leone that will mass-produce its homes,\nproviding local jobs while reducing supply line costs. \n\nThe factory is expected to be\nready for full-scale production in nine months and initially produce 25\nhomes per week with the ability to produce 75 homes per week at maximum capacity.\nAt this production rate, Global Links projects monthly revenue between $200,000\nand $600,000 from its Sierra Leone facility. Additionally, HFC Mortgage and\nSavings (SL) PLC has agreed to provide financing for the project?s initial\nphase.\n\nCEO Frank Dobrucki stated, ?This agreement is an extremely\npositive development for Global Links and its shareholders and we could not be\nmore excited to begin providing safe, affordable housing to those in need\naround the world.
