(OTCMarkets/Pinksheets: TCPS) has recently been upgraded from the Yield Sign on OTCMarkets to Current Information, following through on its plan to provide complete disclosure to all shareholders. This press release is to provide a general corporate update about the Company and its plans for the future.\n\n\nSeveral debtors and preferred stockholders of the Company recognized last year that TechnoConcepts' proprietary technology, including True Software Radio™ and Lycon™ chip, were once again commercially viable when the FCC agreed with President Obama's directive to the Commerce Department to create a \"shared-use spectrum superhighway\" in the 500 to 1000 MHz spectrum.\n\n\nA report issued last year by the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) cited one statistic that predicts the number of devices connected to mobile networks worldwide will grow tenfold by 2020, from 5 billion to 50 billion.
