The Drill\nContract provides for the commencement of helicopter supported core\ndrilling at the Råna nickel-copper-cobalt project (“Råna”) in\nAugust 2024 (Figure 1).\n \n \n \n \n \n GEMC has a 10%\nownership of Narvik Nikel, a Norwegian holding company which holds an\n100% interest in Råna.  GEMC also has an 1% NSR royalty on Råna.\nKingsrose has committed and is earning up to an 80% interest by\nspending $15 million in project expenditures on the project.\n \n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Drilling is due\nto commence in early-August 2024 at the Rånbogen prospect.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Compelling\ntargets comprise shallow, highly conductive electromagnetic (EM)\nanomalies immediately down dip from mineralised nickel-copper-cobalt\nmassive sulphide at surface (Figure 2).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Completion of a\nminimum 700 metres drilling will satisfy the drilling milestones under\nthe Transaction Implementation Agreement (TIA) with Scandinavian\nResource Holdings Pty Ltd and Global Energy Metals (\n \n \n \n \n see news release dated January 18,\n2023\n \n \n \n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Arctic Drilling\nis a Norwegian owned and domiciled company based out of Finnmark\nCounty, Norway, bringing extensive experience of operating in arctic\nregions with local knowledge.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mitchell Smith,\nCEO and Director of Global Energy Met...
