Sullivan, Arthur F. Noterman and Stephanie C. Sullivan to serve on the Company's Board, effective immediately.\n\n\nAlso effective August 12, 2013, the Board appointed the following two officers of the Company: Richard J. Sullivan as President, Chief Executive Officer and Assistant Secretary; and David A. Loppert as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition, William J.
