Among other administrative items,\nthe following agenda items were approved by the shareholders:\n\n\n \n1) Existing Directors, Stanley Mourin, Milton Klyman, Edward\nThompson, Steve Vaughan, Charles Stott, and Mel Williams, were all\nunanimously elected as board members of Western Troy for the coming\nyear.\n\n\n \n2) McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP, Chartered Accountants were\nappointed as the auditors of the corporation for the fiscal year\nending November 30, 2012.\n\n\n \n3) The Stock Option Plan of the Corporation was approved.\n\n\n \nAfter the formal portion of the meeting, Western Troy's CEO, Rex\nLoesby, provided an update on Western Troy's activities. He provided\nan overview of the MacLeod Lake Project and the new Vanadium discovery\nnear Gaspe, Quebec (see Western Troy press release dated April 10,\n2012). Mr. Loesby also announced that the MacLeod Lake feasibility\nstudy will be delayed .\n\n\n \nMr. Loesby, commented, \"We are disappointed with the delay in the\ncompletion of the feasibility study. Unfortunately there are several\noutstanding technical issues that need resolution before any release\nwill be possible.
