Mr. Sen?cal joins GCEI as the company prepares to\nembark on mass project development for end of life plastics, tires, wood and\nMSW to fuels.\n\nLouis-Philippe Sen?cal is a world leader in pyrolysis,\ngasification, and gas to liquid fuels and an original co-designer and patent\nholder of the GCEI hybrid gasification system. He has held senior engineering\nroles at Gaz Metro, and Cascades Engineering and Projects, a division of\nCascades Inc. Mr. Sen?cal has been responsible for large scale gasification\nplant realization and major gas to fuels project development. \n\nMr. Sen?cal has headed the installation of a refueling station for\nliquefied natural gas for heavy transport. He has managed the dismantling and\ninstallation of pulp and paper installations, the installation of a\ncogeneration plant in the Alberta oil sands, and was responsible for\nengineering and manufacture of the GCEI vortex pumping systems for special\napplications in the coal and oil sands industries. As well, Mr. Sen?cal was\ninstrumental in the engineering and fabrication of the GCEI pilot plant biomass\ngasification system.\n\nLouis-Philippe Sen?cal's role as a member of GCEI's management\nteam will include site development oversight in the Southeast, where GCEI will\noperate a waste to fuels consolidation site being fed by four large recyclers.\n\"We have worked with Louis-Philippe over many years and are extremely\nimpressed with his capabilities.
