[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nTransactions in own shares\n \nGlencore plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from Citigroup Global Markets Limited.\n\n\n\n\nDate of purchase:\n\n\n31 March 2025\n\n\n\n\nAggregate number of ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each purchased:\n\n\n3,250,000\n\n\n\n\nLowest price paid per share (GBP):\n\n\n279.30p\n\n\n\n\nHighest price paid per share (GBP):\n\n\n286.90p\n\n\n\n\nVolume weighted average price paid per share (GBP):\n\n\n282.15p\n\n\n\n\nThe Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury.
