In anticipation of the closing of a transaction which will result in a change of control of the Company, Kenyatto Jones has been named to the Board of Directors and shall serve as the Company’s President and Treasurer. CJ Melone will continue as the Company’s Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Company has applied to FINRA for a name change, symbol change and a 20:1 reverse split of the Company’s common stock. The Company expects these actions to be completed in the next two weeks.
