The Turnagain Nickely project in British Columbia\nis Giga Metals' flagship, highlighted by its pre-feasibility study\nrevealing 35,000 tonnes per year of nickel and 2,000 tonnes per year\nof cobalt over a 30-year mine life. This is based on 950 million\ntonnes of reserves, part of larger indicated and inferred resources\nsuggesting potential for a 100-year mine life.\n \n \n Currently, the\ncompany is seeking strategic partners to fund the transition from\npre-feasibility to final investment decision, a process estimated to\ncost around $50 million.
