(\"Gibson\" or the\n \"Company\") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a\n dividend on its outstanding common shares of $0.28 per common share for\n the period from and including June 15, 2011 to September 30, 2011. \n This equates to Gibson's expected initial quarterly dividend rate of\n $0.24 per share.  The dividend will be payable on October 21, 2011 to\n common shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30,\n 2011.\n\n\nAbout Gibson\n\n\nGibson is one of the largest independent midstream energy companies in\n Canada and a major participant in the crude oil transportation business\n in the United States, and is engaged in the movement, storage,\n blending, processing, marketing and distribution of crude oil,\n condensate, natural gas liquids, and refined products.
