Taylor, Executive Vice President\n Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will retire on June 30th, 2012 after 21 years of service with the company. \"On behalf of the\n Board of Directors and Gibson employees, I would like to thank Rick for\n his many years of dedication and service,\" said Stewart Hanlon,\n President and Chief Executive Officer. \"His 21 years of service has\n been instrumental in building Gibson into the financially strong and\n stable corporation that exists today.\"\n\n\nReplacing Mr. Taylor will be Donald A. Fowlis, Gibson's Senior Vice\n President Finance.
